Hefort's innovative solutions have been developed and improved during the last 8 years by our technical partners under the leadership and vision of our sister company Heforce. They include both voice telecommunications services and voice recognition technology (VoiceXML-based, the open standard for Interactive Voice Response services). Our solutions have been award winning. Examples are Voice Audition (Voice Assess), Eviator and Fairwise. Hefort is specialized in applying voice recognition in multi-media software applications and operates a VoiceXML platform for our customers.
Examples: With Voice Audition (other name: Voice Assess) Hefort has a strong position in providing on-line assessment services including telephony role play in the global contact center market. The price winning serious game "Sharkworld" includes Hefort's VoiceXML platform services.
