With VoiceAttendant you can manage your incoming calls easily. Callers can simply use their voice to get the right person or department on the line. If the option does not exist the caller will be transfered to the telephone number you have set as default.  If the transfer cannot take place you get another chance to make a choice from the list.

Every customer will get a telephone number and a login to VoiceAttendant to manage:
- Departments & telephone numbers
- Persons & telephone numbers
- Active yes/no ( is the person or department an active choice in the menu)
- Default telephone number to transfer to
- Upload the voice prompts to get your personal tone of voice and wording in the dialogue
